Application Solution: Existing position modified to enclose work area with new sheet metal enclosure and lighting. Fume generation points were source captured with local hoods and pick points with a new exhaust fan installed on the roof.
Operator breathing zones were isolated and exhaust air was reduced to 900 cfm with source capture from 2400 cfm from general exhaust plan.
