Dust/Smoke Type: Diesel and Gas Engine Exhaust smoke and fumes
Location: Colorado
Ventilation Equipment Solution Selection: (2) – 36” x 36” Heavy-Duty Wall-Mounted Industrial Exhaust Fans, 3 hp each, matched to corresponding motorized air intake louvres. Each fan and air intake included wall sleeves, protective screens, shutters, and weather hoods.
Carbon monoxide monitor to start exhaust fans.

Application Solution: General ventilation plan selected due to the numerous type of vehicle tailpipe locations and sizes. An approximate 6-minute air exchange rate (10 air changes per hour) was used to contain smoke and fumes. Air intakes equalized pressure within the facility when exhaust fans operated.
