Equipment Solution Selection: 1-Industrial Blower Model M-09-I.E. @ 7.5 hp including AR wheel, heavy gauge ducting, spiral-type with angle ring connections and long radius elbows.
Application Solution: Heavy-duty blower and duct system transferred scrap wood dust from discharge of Donaldson/Torit 124RF8 baghouse dust collector. Closed loop design pneumatically conveyed material to and from a roll off dumpster. Dumpsters fitted with lexan viewing windows to monitor dust level inside container. This plan contained dust and limited manpower attention thereby reducing operating costs.
